In Cycle l: Energy, we will explore and articulate the mechanics of the energetics of the three centers, body, heart and mind, through readings, discussion and experiential process. We will work to integrate our practices into our home, work, and community lives in between classes.  Prerequisite: Foundations; Cycle Series l–lll require a monthly individual session in addition to group work.
