Private sessions and community circles dedicated to individual and collective healing, growth, and awakening.

CURRENT OFFERINGS

After many years of offering individual sessions here in Crown Heights and online, I am excited to share that I will be offering something new: in-person small group breathwork.

Group work is a powerful complement to individual practice. It offers us a unique opportunity to open, connect, and explore within the context of a safely held relational collective. In this space,  we can touch layers of body, heart, mind, and soul that are woven into our shared experience-  family and culture to the collective unconscious. Insights that often remain beneath the surface in individual work can emerge more vividly in a group experience.

Along with the personal insights that breathwork can offer, there’s also something profoundly healing about being witnessed and witnessing others in their process. In this shared space, we remember that we are not alone in our struggles or our longings. Each breath, each voice, each story has the potential to spark recognition, compassion, and learning—for ourselves and for the collective.

I deeply value the intimacy and depth that a smaller group can offer. Group work has been invaluable on my own path, and I’m honored to now hold that space for others.

This summer, I’ll be offering an open group program, meaning you’re welcome to join for all 6 sessions, several, or even just one session:

  • When: Six Saturdays, 1–4pm

  • Dates: June 21st, June 28th, July 12th, July 26th, August 2nd, and August 9th

  • Where: Crown Heights

  • Cost: $150 per session (packages and sliding scale available)

Each session will include group sharing, breathwork, and space to explore the themes and inquiries that arise in the room.

For those of you who are nearby, you are warmly invited to join us in person—I'd love to have you in the circle. And if someone comes to mind who you feel might benefit from this work, please feel free to share this information or connect us.

With love and deep gratitude,

Alice

“Always in big woods when you leave familiar ground and step off alone into a new place there will be, along with the feelings of curiosity and excitement, a little nagging of dread. It is the ancient fear of the unknown, and it is your first bond with the wilderness you are going into. You are undertaking the first experience, not of the place, but of yourself in that place. It is an experience of our essential loneliness, for nobody can discover the world for anybody else. It is only after we have discovered it for ourselves that it becomes a common ground and a common bond, and we cease to be alone. And the world cannot be discovered by a journey of miles, no matter how long, but only by a spiritual journey, a journey of one inch, very arduous and humbling and joyful, by which we arrive at the ground at our feet, and learn to be at home.”
